Available Position and Eligibility Criteria
Financial Management Expert/Lead
PMU-BESP invites expressions of interest for the position of Financial Management Expert/Lead on a contract basis.
Qualification Required:
Candidates must possess a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACMA, ACCA, or CPA, or hold a Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting, or related fields — such as MBA (Finance), MS Finance, or M.Com — from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience Required:
At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, budgeting, planning, audit, and accounts. Applicants must demonstrate excellent understanding of development partners’ procedures, government financial systems, and familiarity with Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in World Bank projects and public financial management in government institutions.
