Eligibility Criteria
Qualification Required
- Candidates must have one of the following degrees from a HEC-recognized institution:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Agriculture Sciences, Agriculture Engineering, or Civil Engineering

Key Duties & Responsibilities
The selected Project Director will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and successful execution of the Agro-Markets Development Project. Main duties include:
- Liaison and coordination with Agriculture Department, consultants, P&D, and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring project timelines, costs, and deliverables to ensure efficiency.
- Supervising design, consulting, and technical teams for on-ground implementation.
- Reviewing project plans, PC-1 documents, and modifying them when required.
- Overseeing design quality, specifications, and supervision of construction works.
- Ensuring inclusivity of climate change and environmental safeguards in planning.
- Managing audits, reports, and communication with government authorities.
- Ensuring timely completion of all deliverables and milestones.
- Preparing technical and financial reports as per government guidelines.
- Any other task assigned by the Employer or Consultancy Firm.
