Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Master’s (1st Division) in Management Sciences, Administrative Sciences, or Public Administration from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with M.Phil, PhD, or foreign qualifications.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of total experience including 6 years of educational administrative experience as Principal or Head of a public school, college, or cadet college.
- Skills Required: Excellent communication, academic, interpersonal, and public relations skills. Proficiency in English is essential.
