Qualification and Experience

Candidates applying for this Contract Jobs in Health Department Balochistan 2026 must meet the following criteria:

• Master’s Degree (minimum 16 years of education) from an HEC recognized university in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Commerce.
• At least 7 years of documented professional experience in procurement of goods, services, and works with public or private sector organizations.
• Excellent knowledge of Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) Rules 2014.
• Preference will be given to candidates having Advance Certification in Procurement from CIPS.

Important Terms and Conditions

The appointment will be made purely on a contract basis for one year. The offered salary is a fixed lump sum package of PKR 300,000 per month. Age will be calculated on the last date of application submission. Both male and female candidates from all over Pakistan are eligible to apply; however, candidates holding local domicile of Balochistan will be preferred.

No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview. Candidates currently employed in government or private organizations must provide a relieving certificate at the time of selection. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

No written test will be conducted. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts will lead to disqualification.
