Position Details: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
This is a senior-level position with significant responsibilities. The CEO will lead the hospital’s administration, operations, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Implement government policies and Board decisions, manage all hospital functions efficiently, and provide leadership to all staff.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee and coordinate administrative, clinical, and technical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Financial Management: Act as the principal accounting officer, responsible for the hospital’s funds, audit, and asset records.
