This is a crucial notice for all applicants who submitted their forms against Advertisement No. PRQ No. 3723 dated 21-03-2025. You must appear for the test at the designated center based on your district of domicile.

The written test for all positions will be held on a single day across all designated centers:

• Test Date: October 15, 2025

The test will be conducted for the following positions:

• Assistant Computer Operator
• Royalty Inspector
• Junior Clerk
• Surveyor
• Assistant Royalty Inspector
• Field Assistant
• Driver

Test Centers by Region and District

Candidates are strictly instructed to appear at the test center allocated to their respective districts:

1. Regional Office Mines & Minerals Hub City (Awaran, Makran, Lasbela, Khuzdar, Gwadar):
   • Candidates from Awaran, Makran, Lasbela, Khuzdar, and Gwadar districts must appear at the Regional Office Mines & Minerals Hub City.
2. Directorate General Mines & Minerals Balochistan Quetta (Quetta, Mastung, Kalat, Pishin):
   • Candidates from Quetta, Mastung, Kalat, and Pishin districts must appear at the Directorate General Mines & Minerals Balochistan, Quetta.
3. Deputy Commissioner Office Kharan (Noshki, Dalbandin, Chaghi, Kharan, Washuk):
   • Candidates from Noshki, Dalbandin, Chaghi, Kharan, and Washuk districts must appear at the Deputy Commissioner Office, Kharan.
4. Deputy Commissioner Office Sibi (Bolan, Kachhi, Naseerabad, Jafarabad, Dera Bugti, Sohbatpur, Kohlu):
   • Candidates from Bolan, Kachhi, Naseerabad, Jafarabad, Dera Bugti, Sohbatpur, and Kohlu districts must appear at the Deputy Commissioner Office, Sibi.
5. Regional Office Mines & Minerals Loralai (Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah, Zhob, Loralai, Sherani, Harnai, Barkhan):
   • Candidates from Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah, Zhob, Loralai, Sherani, Harnai, and Barkhan districts must appear at the Regional Office Mines & Minerals, Loralai.

Mandatory Instructions for the Test

• Original CNIC: Entry to the test will not be allowed without your original identity card (CNIC).
• Required Items: Candidates must bring a pen and an examination board with them.
• Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, calculators, and any other electronic devices are strictly not allowed during the test.
• No TA/DA: No travel expenses will be provided to candidates appearing for the test.
