- Position Title: Relationship Manager – Commercial Business & SME (OG-I)
- Place of Posting: Quetta, Rawalpindi, Vehari, Jhang, Mianwali
Qualification:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines (like MBA, M.Com, or ACCA) will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 03 years of relevant banking experience in SME/Commercial Finance, Corporate Banking, or Relationship Management.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of banking products, risk management, and portfolio handling
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to achieve assigned business goals and maintain customer relationships
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and manage NBP’s financing products such as working capital, term loans, and trade finance.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships to ensure portfolio growth and retention.
- Evaluate credit proposals in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage risks, perform financial analysis, and recommend sound credit decisions.
- Ensure all transactions follow internal audit and compliance procedures.
- Assist the Regional Manager in portfolio performance reviews and achieving branch KPIs.
