EMIS Manager:
Master’s degree in Data Sciences, Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant discipline from an accredited, recognized university. Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in data management, preferably in the field of education.
Market-based salary offered based on qualifications and experience.
Key Required Skill
The ideal candidate must possess the following competencies:
- Technical Guidance: Ability to provide technical guidance and support to district-level data collection teams and other EMIS staff.
- Strategic Advice: Provide technical support and strategic advice to decision-makers, helping them utilize EMIS and RTSM data to develop evidence-based policies and improve operational efficiency.
- Education Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of the education sector in Pakistan, particularly in Balochistan.
- Data Management: Demonstrated ability to handle a database, develop analytical reports, and successfully communicate and coordinate among key stakeholders.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Partnership: Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining partnerships with government institutions and development partners.
