Age Limit: 40 to 62 years
Required Qualification
Master’s Degree or 16 years of education in:
- Project Management
- Business Administration
- Social Sciences
- Any related field from an HEC-recognized university
Higher degrees such as MPA, MBA, MPhil, or foreign qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in project planning and management.
- Strong background in public administration, education sector, or development projects.
- Hands-on experience with foreign-funded projects.
- Ability to handle budgeting, monitoring, evaluation, and procurement (BPPRA rules).
- Good understanding of ICT tools, data systems, and digital education solutions.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of governance and financial systems in Balochistan.
Terms & Conditions
- Contract will be for one year, extendable based on performance.
